Know your skin type

I think this is very important to know, some people don't know what kind of skin type they have and they are confused on what to get when it comes to skin products or foundations. There is Normal skin, Dry skin, Oily skin, Combination skin, and Sensitive skin.
I have combination skin, I get oily in my T-Zone area (Forehead nose and chin) and normal on the rest of my face. Sometimes my skin can change and I can get dry on my cheeks around my eyes and around my nose and normal everywhere else. I noticed my skin gets dry when the weather changes. Im gonna explain how it is with each skin type. To figure out what kind of skin type you have just get tissue or blotting paper and blot it on your face and pretty much you can tell from there.

So how can you tell when you have normal skin:
When you blot tissue on your face nothing is on the paper and you are one lucky person to have normal skin a.k.a great skin. No break outs, It looks and feels smooth but can react to changes during the seasons oily in the summer and dry in the winter. So when you buy skin products, and makeup, make sure you buy products that says for Normal skin.

So how can you tell when you have dry skin:
You can tell when you have dry skin just by looking in the mirror with dry patches or flakiness.
You can get dryness if you use the wrong products and you can tell when you use the wrong products because you face will feel dry and tight. Always drink water and take vitamins for healthy and hydrated skin. Always moisturize and get products for dry skin. Try to stay away from toners or products with alcohol in it. I think exfoliating helps a little to take off the dead skin but if you also have sensitive skin just exfoliate once a week.

So how can you tell when you have oily skin:
Oily skin is when your skin looks shiny and feels oily you can figure out if you have oily skin by touching or blotting your face and it feels oily and slick. People with oily skin are the ones who usually have more acne. So I recommend starting your day by cleansing your face with a deep cleanser that gets rid of oil, and dirt. Also use a toner to clean off any extra dirt hiding in your skin. Look for foundations and powders that control oily skin and make sure... very important, wash your face at night because if you don't, and you have makeup with that oily skin it will cause breakouts with all that makeup, oil, and dirt.

So how can you tell when you have sensitive skin:
To know if you have sensitive skin your skin reacts to products. It gets irritated when in contact with makeup and facial products. Reactions are itching, stinging, and burning. I recommend using natural/organic products, unscented products. Stay away from products that have alcohol and fragrance as the main ingredient. Also look for products that is for sensitive skin.

So how can you tell when you have combination skin:
Combination skin is when you're oily in the T-Zone area but normal to dry everywhere else on the face. Use blotting tissue paper to help take off the oiliness in the t-zone area throughout the day and buy products for combination skin or for normal skin.

So to maintain healthy skin take vitamins, eat healthy, drink your 8 glasses of water and try to get SPF in your facial moisturizer or make sure its in your foundation. Also wash your face in the morning and evening using the right products for your skin type.
I hope this helps. :)

Yellow, Pink, and Purple

This is just a simple look I came up with using my 88 original eyeshadow palette. I used the brightest yellow, pink, and purple in the palette. I started off by priming my eyelid with two faced shadow insurance then I used NYX jumbo pencil on the eye lid and blended it out to make the colors brighter. I started with the yellow then blended in the pink and followed by the purple and did the same with the lower lid. then I used wet& wilds cream liner to my eye and I used the ebay lashes to give a little dramatic look. So thats pretty much it hope you all like it.  Leave your request in the comments below. :)
